The 2026 New Hampshire summer surf season may be coming to an end, but your adventures with E Street Surf School don’t have to! Yes, Reid and I surf year-round here in NH, but squeezing into a winter wetsuit in sub-40°F water isn’t for everyone. Fear not! We have something special planned just for you.

We’ve created an amazing retreat opportunity for 2027, and we are thrilled to officially invite our community to join us.

From April 17 to 24, 2027, we are heading back to Casa Alces in Nosara, Costa Rica—a place that is near and dear to our family’s heart. Over the years, we have developed close personal relationships with local families and businesses that will last a lifetime. It’s a magical place where the jungle meets the beach at Playa Guiones, one of the most beautiful, wellness-minded destinations on earth and one of the world's original Blue Zones (where people live remarkably long, healthy lives often reaching 100 or older).

What to Expect: Surf, Yoga, and Pura Vida

We are teaming up with some of our favorite people to provide a high-quality, restorative week combining world-class coaching, movement, and pure coastal downtime.

• World-Class Surf Coaching: Hit the waves with our great friend Nelson Acosta and the crew at Living Stoked Surf School. Whether you’re an absolute beginner who has never touched a surfboard or a seasoned surfer looking for clean waves, this week meets you at your level on one of the most consistent sandy beach breaks in the world. We guarantee the exact same personal attention you receive with us up in the Granite State, maintaining our commitment to quality instruction.

• Anatomy-Aligned Yoga: Enjoy daily yoga classes tailored for movement longevity and recovery, led by physical therapist, certified yoga instructor, and wonderful human, Dr. Katie D'Amato.

• Incredible Food: Savor incredible local Tico food with 7 healthy breakfasts and 4 chef-prepared dinners on-site by our private cook.

Our private villa, Casa Alces, sleeps up to 18 guests across a stunning mix of options, complete with a yoga shala, meditation space, and resort-style amenities. Accommodation prices range from $2,950 for a shared quad room up to $4,150 for a private king suite.
